I Am Happy! Are You?

One of the foremost human need is 'HAPPINESS'. Each one of us believes in this and our pursuit for this feeling is unending throughout our life time. 

Happiness, contentment, pleasure and exhilaration are relative terms for us because each one of us have different perceptions about feeling of being happy in life. 

Most of the people consider that happiness in life is associated with luxurious life style, prestigious car, beautiful wife or wealthy husband, having children and great family etc. But we need to reflect more closely upon few questions about this feeling of happiness. Does a comfortable bed can get me good sleep? Can a prestigious car earn me respect? Can a beautiful woman be honest with me? Can a wealthy man will be sincere to me? Will my wealth get me respectful children? Will I be truly happy with all worldly and material desires being fulfilled? I am sure your answers will be 'NO'. Than what are the right answers to all these questions.

Well! there can't be any formula answers to all these questions, since happiness is a relative term similarly there is no ready made solution to acquire happiness in true sense. Everybody's life situation could be different and varies from time to time. One situation could be happy for one person but it could not be for another. However, there are certainly ways to be happy and content in life. 

True happiness is although hidden inside our hearts but its quite evident from our personality, our expressions, smiles, verbal and non verbal language. Hence, happiness will never remain hidden rather it is revealed instantly by us. 

Lets discuss how true happiness can be acquired? Contentment and happiness in our heart can be attained by being compassionate, kind, helpful, by forgiving, by forgetting others mistakes, by sharing grief and pain of others, by smiling at others even if we don't know them, by giving hope to hopeless, by being loving, caring and friendly. By being thankful for what you have with you, avoid being greedy. 

All of these are sources of happiness of your heart. You will feel lighter, satisfied and relaxed by developing this wonderful attitude towards all those around you. Your small smile might make someone forget his or her pain for a while, so keep sharing smiles. 

Understand and realize the difference between material happiness and true happiness of your heart. It means a lot more and creates far greater difference in the lives of others. 

I am happy! I am content and satisfied and consider myself as blessed. I pray same for you indeed. 

A New Beginning!

Although writing after sometime but the new learning and experience has taken place so I think I needed a break to evolve myself. 

We all have a new beginning during our life time which could enable us to evolve, realize and understand our shortcomings, strengths, capacities, abilities to perform and our emotional understandings about certain forces.

Our past was a time which has enabled us to reach this point in life through twists and turns, ups and downs and thick and thin and turned us into an individual personality we behold today to face life in our present time. 

The present day is the time we all have no matter how short moments of joy, fear, tears, depressions, frustrations, love and trust we enjoy today, but its very much there in our hands. We just have to give it a second thought of realization, reflection and understanding to take the best advantage out of it. 

As far as the future is concerned, it is yet to come hence not in our control hence we can only plan, share and discuss about it but cannot live in it today. 

Each new arriving moment paves way for a new moment, intimating us about the new reality we are living in. These new moments are like new opportunities of caring, sharing, loving, joy and contentment reaching out to us with open hands repeatedly. 

These new moments are new beginnings for us. They keep within themselves our hopes, desires and new wishes to keep us content and motivated to take even a small step each moment, minute, hour and day.

Our new beginning want all us to stand taller during our moments of despair, grief and against our problems. These are there to subjugate us but if we keep this new beginning moments fresh in our minds we never lose hope rather keep striving for a better moments to move into our lives. 

Lets develop and understanding for our new hopes, wishes, desires and above all new line of actions to fulfill our dreams, goals and objectives in life. This line of action is the life line for us because it will determine our road map to follow every day. Keep following your dreams and realize that you have a purpose to lead in life and create a new beginning for yourself each day full of hopes. 

Self Is Your Privilege!

We as human beings are versatile in qualities, perceptions, views, potentials and abilities to perform in our life term. The art of discovering your own self is actually a gift from God. Its matter of believing in your own self and keep moving on with steady pace to overcome all challenges life throws to us from time to time, ultimate success is always waiting at the corner for each one of us. 

None of us is perfect nor we are created for perfection, however we strive for excellence believing that we have the potential and ability to perform with excellence. Unfortunately, understanding our own personality is a missing element among most of us. Most of us focus on others. On the contrary, they need to turn their focus towards their own hidden qualities and potentials. 

Self is our privilege which provides us an insight to learn and understand ourselves which clearly distinguishes humans from other species on earth. However, we keep neglecting our thoughts, perceptions and inner voice of our soul and keep wandering in darkness. 

Self confidence is a quality which makes us able to accomplish every challenge and impediment in life. Self confidences always leads us to the top irrespective of gender, race or ethnic origin. Love yourself, believe in yourself, control your emotions, remain positive in your thought processes, be optimistic towards your challenges and mistakes because they are there to teach us a new lesson every time we experience them. 

Never compare yourself with other human beings because each one of us have their unique identity and individuality too. Plan your goals and ambitions. Prioritize your life objectives to be in a better situation every time. Remain focused on your goals and keep striving to the best of your abilities in life and your dreams will start materializing in front of your eyes. 

Its all a matter of time and hard work with persistence which takes you at the top. Therefore, struggle and hard work always pays each one of us provided its done with good intentions to serve and contribute towards betterment of life. 

Lets consider ourselves as privileged ones who are blessed with self identity and confidence to lead in life and achieve our ambitions ultimately. 

Is Daughter A Better Option?

Parents love their children naturally. Another natural inclination is also evident and prevails in families that mothers love is more inclined towards her son and father for his daughters, perhaps one of the reason could be opposites always attract phenomenon. Whatever the case may be love for children by their parents dominates our society in every society at large irrespective of any geographical and demographic settings. 

However, beneath this natural parental love and affection some of the societal and cultural trends also depict that parents sometimes have prejudiced behaviors and attitudes towards their daughters preferably unlike their sons. For example, parents always prefer to provide better education, better food, better living and comfortable position to their sons and as far as the case of daughters is concerned they compromise on education, food and other amenities of life which are equal right of both genders. 

In addition, parents feel more secure investing their time and money on sons but not on their daughters. The question arises why these prejudiced behaviors are still part of our culture especially in Asian and Muslim cultures? Why parents prefer to invest more on sons than on daughters, no matter how intelligent or smart their daughters could be. These are some of the silent and unknown aspects lying in our society and still prevalent in this technologically advanced era of 21st century. 

Another aspect I would like to highlight is that if a daughter loves to study, conduct her business, or wants to acquire a job of her choice she has to face resistance from her family. Parents never think of investing in their daughter's business instead would feel proud and happy to invest in their sons business, why? This dark side of our society need to be highlighted in our community especially among the educated elite who are still living with their past prejudiced norms and beliefs. 

The only option parents prefer for their daughters is to wed her off without sometimes bothering themselves to realize whether the new in laws family is a suitable match for her or not, is the boy enough educated, does he possess sound moral character towards his own parents and other family members before taking the responsibility of his wife etc.

Life Does Not Mean Fun, Only!

Life is something very valuable for each one of us and we all generally avoid facing death at times especially when we are young, energetic, lively and happy in our life. However, death is a reality present very much there simultaneously. 

Life has many dimensions for us to understand and realize. We remain content and satisfied unless we come across any problem situation or going through a crisis period. Although, these tough times are also part of game of life, they are always present very much there either we accept them wholeheartedly and find appropriate solutions to overcome these problem situations or try to get away from them but time wont stop teaching us our lessons one day or the other. 

Unfortunately, the overall prevalent culture of life today is primarily focused towards entertainment, fun oriented activities, game shows, enjoyment and leading life without any particular purpose. Enjoyment, entertainment and fun do hold their value in life because when we get tired after going through a monotonous life routine we all look for some kind of fun and entertainment which should be affordable for our pockets too. But this is not the true meaning of life my fellow beings.

As far as meaning and purpose of life is concerned its just not confined to entertainment or fun only, its something very important and valuable at the same time. Our time is extremely precious, our abilities, skills, passions, ambitions, our responsibilities towards others like our family, children, parents, friends and towards community are those diversified nature of valuable dimensions which need our attention, time and care.

Serve For Being Enlightened!

One of the greatest innate desire of a human being is to serve, deliver, assist and guide those who don't know or are less able to perform. Hence, if we notice and observe even from early childhood we can clearly see that elder brothers and sisters keep on helping their younger siblings to improve and do good. This gives them a feeling of satisfaction, contentment as well as a motivation to improve their own performance levels. 

When we reach adulthood we feel happy of telling others to improve even in small things in life, at the same time keep asking friends, family members and colleagues to guide us in our tasks plus we also imitate others for improvement too. This is how our mutual learning and serving go hand in hand throughout the journey of our life and its a never ending process too. 

Learning adds value to our life and brings credibility along with us to our profiles. While serving brings to us inner satisfaction and contentment. Providing a helping hand to others, providing opportunities to others to live a better life with confidence, hope and trust enables our soul to live peacefully in this world. Peace of mind and heart is a kind of feeling which is not only precious but immortal. 

Providing solutions to juniors at workplaces, guidance to our followers as leaders of today and tomorrow are some of the golden traits of human kind which distinguishes humanity from all other creations as the best of all. However, animals and other living creatures also possess kindness towards others and look for love and affection too like us. But the best role modeling examples are always seen among humans like Mother Teresa, Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) and a long list of many such role models who have sacrificed their whole lives for the betterment of humanity through their consistent serving nature for their fellow beings.

Power Of Intuition!

Intuition is one of the most powerful invisible intelligence lying inside each one of us. We are all the most intelligent creations as far as our power of intuition is concerned. However, most of us never trust this secret power inside us which is certainly trustworthy. 

Our troubles, problems, impediments and fears most of the time occupy our minds and keep sending us signals that never let us get out of our cage of inhibitions, therefore we remain entangled during our life journey into them and never become insightful to feel the presence of this powerful intuition tool inside our soul.

Nevertheless, people who trust their inner essence of powerful intuition remain content and achieve their ambitions more successfully. They take their chances in life, keep following their courses of learning experiences and motivations leading them towards success. Such personalities are our role models in life, they inspire us for better life indeed which we all certainly deserve. 

Keep inflicting upon yourself that we are better and blessed ones, we need to be thankful for all what we have and using, therefore we deserve much better every time. We are all good from inside because we are created for good in this world, not for bad, not for worst so why bad and worst bother us and inhibit us from doing good, creating and thinking good, proving ourselves to be great, performing to be the best, self actualize to be the most invincible among all other creations.

Listen to your inner voice, give it a good hearing, believe in it and start following it. You will see how the whole world has changed for you now, your feet are moving with confidence, passion and light in your eyes which can see the unseen with a vivid eye. Huge problems and issues have turned into minor ones, small issues have no meaning now for you, solutions are at your finger tips, your soul is touching your thinking power and invigorating it with hopes, new ideas, new emotions, fresh feelings of an enduring light within you.

Now you are born again! A new person with new hopes and a new life to live and possess a vision for a better tomorrow, your horizon is crystal clear in front of you and in this light you are leading towards success and an empowered you.
