Is Quality Performance A Dilemma?

Performance is a natural trait of a human being. However, to be a performer and galvanize for positive change is not everybody's cup of tea.

Reaching to excellence and choosing to be a performer is consequently achieved by striving and commitment for our ambitions. Once, this goal is achieved our passion keep us restless to serve and enlighten other hearts and minds through mentoring, counseling, training and rejuvenation.

Society, culture and social behaviors and attitudes of people belonging particularly to our own culture have serious hampering to promote those who want to be change agents today. Even if they have resources, openings and opportunities in their control but they create obstructions for those who are ambitious and hold on to their objectives with complete sincerity and honesty.

Question arises Why? Experience and researches has proved that they do it intentionally just to keep such minds away from the workplace not only to protect themselves but also to keep pulling the legs of these high achievers so that they could remain in search of opportunities and never enable them to take their place.

The Silence Zone!

Remaining silent and accepting silence as part of a language is definitely a novel experience we hold within ourselves. Capturing appropriate words according to situations and using them brilliantly for a purpose is no doubt an intelligent move.

A silence zone is part of our personality we hold inside us, prefer to remain in it to protect ourselves against odds and at times this silence lead us to excellence as well. However, a voice keep whispering to us in our ears to remain on the right track, and holding our emotions and saving us from awkward circumstances as well.

Simply by avoiding and preferring this silence zone which is our great shield in our hands moves with us successfully through thick and thin.

Prayer, meditations, and other such religious rituals also guide us by remaining silent and controlling our emotions against others to create an atmosphere of peace and harmony in society. Feelings sometimes provoke us to be revengeful but forgetting and forgiving others are the highest virtues.

Feelings Subjugate

Feelings are the most vulnerable entity lying deep down inside our soul, and these emotions keep us alive during the life span of each human being. Primarily, human kind is very much a different being and hold its unique identity among all other creations due to this emotional dimension.

As we grow and develop into an individual we keep coming across diversified nature of feelings throughout each day. Feelings of love, hatred, jealousy, competition, courage, bravery, honesty, sincerity and many such keep going up and down during our life time.

We get subjugated by our feelings and therefore prove to be jumping into failures and successes in our lives.

At times, these feelings empower us in a negative way and we tend to take extreme steps or decisions which sometimes even cost our life. Reciprocally, positive emotions lead us towards our ambitions and we keep moving on with passion to achieve them.

Virtue Of Innocence, Not Found!

Innocence is a kind of virtue, generally speaking we relate with babies, kids and children. No doubt, a baby is born innocent and remain so for many years due to his/her innocent habits, behaviors and attitude in life.

With the passage of time we grow up into individuals with our own mindsets, particular personality traits and attitudes towards life and fellow beings. The factor of innocence withers away gradually from our life and we tend to turn ourselves into clever, misleading and controversial personality. Why? Do we have time to ponder why this has happened to us whether intentionally or unintentionally due to circumstances around us or whatever may be the cause.

This righteousness need our serious attention. Being simple, kind at heart, care and love for humanity, sincerity towards our responsibilities, honesty in our dealings, love in our relationships seems to be some ancient tales to our ears.

Trying to get hold of others belongings, snatching, showing dis-respect, lying, misleading others, misusing others things, using others belongings without permission are some of the common phenomena portrayed with great confidence.

Where Have All The Fathers Gone?

Love, care, and affection of a father not only creates a balance in the successful rearing of children but also develops a sense of security among all the family members.

I woke up in the morning after hearing a loving voice of my father in my ears, "Come on darling! my beautiful princess get up and get ready for your school, your mother is making breakfast for you and I am here to help you get ready." How strengthening these words are for a young girl child.

Time flew like anything and I grew up into a beautiful young teenage girl who is passionate for new choices to make everyday among designs in clothes, colors, shoes, handbags, jewellery, cosmetics and many other at the same time. Every morning my father came to me bent down towards me asking, "what I should bring for you while returning back from my office". I use to tell him what I want to have. He brought all those things of my choice when he came back home to make me feel happy, and I felt so happy to have them.

Momentary Success

Time in our hands is certainly the greatest and the most precious resource available to each one of us, which if goes by is a non returnable and in-convertible entity.

Presently, as we look around all the forces keep on giving us ideas and opportunities to succeed in some way or the other by all means whether fair or unfair. In this information age through all types of media, digital resources like Internet, policies and plans in organizations, relationships, social networks and social institutions are also not only promoting but playing a key role to envisage a momentary success to us.

What do we mean by this momentary success? This temporary success seems extremely attractive to us because it doesn't require us to perform nor demands any challenges to face. It is depicted in number of different ways to attract us. Let's see what are those popular methods of attraction.

Students are going to school just because they have no other choice as their parents want them to study but they don't want it themselves, therefore they don't want to work hard, learn and gain knowledge. They are acquiring education to pass exams, get degrees to earn money and education is just a means to an end and not an end itself.

Manufacturers make materials which are pathetic in quality so people buy again and again. Business community through media create a hype for useless products to provoke people for spending. At the same time giving ideas of saving pennies. We can rightly use here 'PENNY WISE AND POUND FOOLISH'.

We all are living in a fake world which depicts a very attractive picture of 'MOMENTARY SUCCESS', in front of us which certainly does't exists any where because there is 'NO SHORT CUT TO SUCCESS'. 

Consequently, I would imply that such attractions will keep on coming our way every now and than but final control lies with us no matter what happens. Becoming careful, patient and composed will help us to feel the dishonesty even if lying underground. 'THINK BEFORE YOU LEAP'. Set priorities for your life and than spend money and use your other resources accordingly.

Each individual wants to be successful in life but just very few actually achieve success in true sense. The fact is just because shortcut methods are never workable in life.

Sadia being a brave and courageous lady has gone through tough times in life over a long period of time which has added to her experience of diversified nature. She understands very well personalities, reads other people's minds, and possess gifted qualities. She choose to be among the leaders wherever may be working and doesn't accept to remain as a follower.

Owning her own business venture is definitely a milestone for her but not the end of her ambition. She holds the mission of keep on performing but with excellence in any case. Fortunate enough, she is blessed with similar level of friends and professionals who keep on promoting her through her difficult journey. She remain committed and focused to achieve and win finally as she never lose hope and keep on striving.

Listening to the voice of her heart is her primary way of moving on in life. She again takes a fresh start forgetting all her worries in life, forgiving others, gets ready with new ideas in mind and with a convincing heart that I WILL WIN THE GAME OF LIFE INDEED, SO MOVE ON.

What is this inner voice, which whispers in our heart every now and then? I feel this is a supernatural force inside us which keep us moving and enable us to achieve our goals one day or the other provided we remain sincere, honest, steadfast and hold good intention of serving humanity.

Sadia and other woman like her shall never give up rather I would say none of us irrespective of gender never give up in life, keep moving on and on and one day you will definitely reach your destination which is destined for you by your creator.
