Usually, we remain consistently in the phase of striving without stopping or compromising on quality. However, such individuals have to go through resistance, discouragement and impediments to face more than others in life, still they keep on moving and creating something new all the time as the passion always igniting such souls.
Comfort zone always remain a strange concept for such restless souls. Intellectuals therefore always achieve what they long for in life. Success is part of their everyday life routine as it comes every now and than through constant exposure to immense challenges. Later on, they get use to it and feel it as a routine matter in life rather failure is something strange to them however they do accept it with open heart and mind. Consequently, leading them as never a failure in their life span.
Life for them is overall a novel experience and a blessing to live every moment to the full, enjoy it, learn from every second a lesson from their each mistake and keep moving with heads high with immense confidence, trust and belief in their own self and their powerful capacity of reading others minds.
However, intellectual capacity is God gifted usually but developing intellect with hard work and practice is never a barrier for those who want to be among the best, and remain at the top in life.
Learning through each mistake and never repeating it again is the most important quality of such intelligent minds, which the rest perceive as their weakness. Turning your weaknesses into strengthens is the greatest achievement we can go through to bear the challenges in life with confidence.
Be daring and see in the eyes of negativity and hopelessness with your passion and say to yourself that "I am a human being possessing exceptional potential of mind power and you are worthless in front of me so I want to tell you clearly, I CAN DO IT! ".
Just go ahead and face your challenges with confidence and be in win win situation always.

You are right that successful people have to take more challenges than others, but with their determination, confidence and a focused mind, they achieve more than others. But these people are a few and unique.
