Is Quality Performance A Dilemma?

Performance is a natural trait of a human being. However, to be a performer and galvanize for positive change is not everybody's cup of tea.

Reaching to excellence and choosing to be a performer is consequently achieved by striving and commitment for our ambitions. Once, this goal is achieved our passion keep us restless to serve and enlighten other hearts and minds through mentoring, counseling, training and rejuvenation.

Society, culture and social behaviors and attitudes of people belonging particularly to our own culture have serious hampering to promote those who want to be change agents today. Even if they have resources, openings and opportunities in their control but they create obstructions for those who are ambitious and hold on to their objectives with complete sincerity and honesty.

Question arises Why? Experience and researches has proved that they do it intentionally just to keep such minds away from the workplace not only to protect themselves but also to keep pulling the legs of these high achievers so that they could remain in search of opportunities and never enable them to take their place.

There is no justification for such attitudes but are part and parcel of our everyday life. On the other hand western society have their own type of cultural barriers however they pose few things as if they are not prejudiced towards ethnic differences but inside story holds a big question mark again here. Still racism and ethnic prejudices are viewed every now and than in day life routines. However, there are differences demographically speaking.

At each level of authority the decision maker is constantly exploiting his/her powers, whether its against the weaker or against those who want to perform and hold the capacity for quality performance and expertise.

Creativity, excellence and achievement through hard work and reaching to success is not restricted for acknowledgment and appreciation from others, rather its an end in itself and those who are successful today are themselves agents of change no matter how many impediments comes into their way towards success they keep on moving in life.

Remaining focused towards our ambitions and goals and achievement through consistency leads us to the pinnacle one day or the other. Improvement, growth and development has to go through this rigorous process but finally the winning post is always waiting for such individuals and they never remain away from it.
